The TEAM NW program collects only the information that we need to add you and your dog to our database. That includes your name, email address, address (so that you can be added to our map to find other “TEAM players” if you specifically opt in) details about your dog such as name and breed, and a record of your video submissions for each dog, including links to prior submissions.
Because we use third party credit card processors (PayPal and Stripe), no one at TEAM ever sees any of your financial information.
Our database is searchable by the public so that others may verify your dog’s titles. You may choose to keep your information private, but be aware that if you choose to do so then there is no way for other people to verify your accomplishments.
We retain your name, email address, titles earned, dog information, and payment history forever unless you ask us to remove it. We retain this information in order to manage your video submissions and to allow you to connect with other TEAM Players, if you wish.
We do not share any information with third parties.
We do add you to our mailing list when you add your name to our database. If you do NOT wish to be added to our mailing list you can easily opt out by either selecting the “unsubscribe” button from the bottom of your first newsletter, or send a request to email@example.com, requesting that we do not add you to the mailing list. Your name will be removed at that time.
If you wish to have your account cancelled and removed from our site, then you may do so at anytime by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please be aware that this action cannot be undone; that means that we will have no way to reinstate your titles or to verify your accomplishments, should you change your mind at a later time.
